Don't Be Left Out In the Cold! Toccoa Natural Gas offers balanced-billing plans annually in June that allows customers to spread their natural gas costs over many months. Also, customers may pay ahead during warmer months to help ease the burden of higher winter gas bills.

Participation requirements:

• 12 continuous months as a City of Toccoa customer in current location (this helps to determine a customer’s annual gas consumption).
• Good payment history (no checks bounced, no disconnects for late or non-payment).
• Contract signed by account owner (needs to be renewed each year).
